Learn How I Channel Energy
Into Every Piece
My art isn’t just visual, it’s energetic.
Each piece I create carries an intention that is shaped through a simple ritual of meditation, and the written word. My process is intuitive, guided by the energy of the piece and the theme it’s meant to channel. I draw from what inspires me: tarot, spellwork, universal energy, manifestation, psychology, quantum physics, and neuroscience. It’s a mix of the spiritual and the scientific ,both pointing towards one truth: there’s more going on than what we can see with our five senses.
My process is simple.
Step 1:
Begins with Silence Before I even open a sketchbook, I meditate to quiet my mind, to remove all the noise of the world so I can hear the words. This helps me get quiet, not just in my mind, but in my body. I give space for my higher self to speak to me before I create anything. Sometimes the theme for a piece is already clear. Sometimes, it arrives in that stillness.
Step 2:
Writing the Spell Once grounded I will spend some time writing an affirmation spell that resonates with the theme of the art I have channelled. Regardless of whether the affirmation spell is featured on my final piece or not, this part of the process is what channels the energy of the intention into the creation.
This is more than just writing. This is where I start to channel the energy into form. The words are chosen carefully; they are both poetic and hold meaning. Each one is aligned with the message and feeling I want the piece to carry.
Step 3:
Creating the Art With the affirmation spell written, I begin the art. As I paint or sculpt, I stay focused on the intention. The spell may be visible in the artwork, or hidden within its layers. Either way, the energy and intention of the words is there. The creative process becomes a continuation of the spell itself; it’s guided, focused and alive.
Step 4:
The Ritual to Seal the Energy When the art is complete, I perform a small ritual to seal the intention into the piece so thr energy it fully bonded with the piece.
Here’s what I do:
I light a candle in a colour that matches the theme of the art and intention, I spend a few minutes grounding myself through breath work. I hold the artwork in my hands and visualise golden light coming down from above. I imagine it flowing through me and into the piece, surrounding it with and clarity. I speak the spell out loud, anchoring the intention into the energy of the piece.
Step 5:
Closing the process finally, I blow out the candle, I pass the art through the smoke, while saying the words: "And so it is." That’s when I know the work is finished; not just in form, but in spirit.
Why Does This Matters?
This process isn’t just for me, it’s for the person the artwork is meant for. Each piece is created with a purpose: to support, guide, protect, inspire, or heal. It carries energy because it was made with energy and a strong belief that words can transfer from one person to another. It holds intention because it was created with intention.
